Mr. Kelleher grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University in 1987 and a Master’s Degree of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 1990. While he was at Temple, Mr. Kelleher worked at an inpatient psychiatric hospital with adolescents in the school program. From 1990 to 1997, he was a counselor at SRU Middle School and, since then, at Athens Area High School. His wife, Susan Kelleher, is a retired Athens teacher and their two children, Allie and DJ, graduated from Athens as well.

Mrs. Judson graduated from Athens Area School District and currently resides in Waverly, NY.  She earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mansfield University in 2002. In 2006 she graduated from Alfred University with an M.S. Ed. in School Counseling.  Upon graduating from Alfred University, she was employed by Northern Tioga School District for three years as a Middle School Counselor and Career-to-Work Coordinator.  Her most recent position began In 2009,  where she worked for the Troy Area School District.  She was employed at Troy School District for 12 years where she worked with students at the high school level and elementary level. Mrs. Judson is married to Louis Judson III and they have 4 children, Gavin, Ryleigh, Braiden and Gracelyn.
