My mission is to have my students become active participants in improving their physical and mental health through exercise. Each day I will strive to motivate my students to give their best effort in the activities for that day. I will help them learn to measure their success by establishing their own goals. My students will learn that the joy is in the activity and everyone is a winner when they give their best.
